Janet S. Pollock joined the company in June 2013 as Vice President of Human Resources for U.S. Operations. She was promoted to Vice President, Corporate Human Resources in May 2018, assuming global responsibilities and reporting to the CEO. With a strong passion for people, corporate values, succession planning, change management, diversity, and inclusion, and talent management, Ms. Pollock is dedicated to cultivating a work environment where every employee is respected, treated fairly, and provided with growth opportunities.
Before joining Alamo Group, Ms. Pollock held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at CPS Energy in San Antonio, Texas, and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. in Atlanta. Throughout her thirteen-year tenure at Coca-Cola Enterprises, she progressed through eight senior leadership roles.
Ms. Pollock holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Marketing from St. Mary's University. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and remains actively engaged in the profession with her SPHR-SCP certification and participation in relevant organizations.
As an executive HR leader, Ms. Pollock has consistently demonstrated her talent in designing effective people strategies and driving their successful implementation across various countries, industries, and functions. Ms. Pollock plays a pivotal role in shaping Alamo Group's human resources initiatives and fostering a thriving organizational culture.
