Rick Raborn has been a vital part of Alamo Group since 2015, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of the Vegetation Management Division. In this role, he oversees operations which include 17 manufacturing facilities across seven countries and the Division’s 28 marketing brands.
Bringing a wealth of operational leadership experience Rick joined Alamo Group after a successful tenure at Illinois Tool Works (ITW), a globally renowned manufacturing company. During his time at ITW he held various leadership roles, the last of which was the Vice President and General Manager of the Powertrain Metals Division.
Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and a master's degree in Business Administration from Baylor University, enhancing his understanding of effective management strategies and cross-functional leadership.
