Edward Rizzuti serves as Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Development for Alamo Group. In this role, he leads the Company's corporate development strategy, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives that expand Alamo Group's capabilities and support its long-term value creation strategy. His leadership is focused on identifying opportunities to accelerate growth, strengthen competitive advantages, and create long-term shareholder value.Since joining Alamo Group in 2015 as Vice President and General Counsel, Mr. Rizzuti has held executive leadership positions of increasing responsibility. His extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, governance, and business leadership has made him a trusted advisor to Alamo Group's executive leadership team and Board of Directors.
Before joining Alamo Group, Mr. Rizzuti worked as a legal and business advisor for companies such as Terex Corporation and Hyster-Yale Group, serving in roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
Mr. Rizzuti holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Rutgers University.
