Agnes Kamps joined Alamo Group in 2024 as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, bringing more than 25 years of finance, accounting, and strategic leadership experience across global manufacturing and industrial organizations.
Prior to joining Alamo Group, Ms. Kamps held senior financial leadership positions spanning corporate finance, controllership, accounting, strategy, supply chain, procurement, and information technology. Most recently, she served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Americas Styrenics. Earlier in her career, she held progressively senior finance and controllership roles with United Technologies/Carrier Corporation and Siemens.
Ms. Kamps brings extensive experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, business integration, enterprise systems implementation, and operational transformation. Throughout her career, she has held significant P&L responsibilities within global organizations and has led initiatives focused on improving financial performance, strengthening operating discipline, and supporting long-term growth.
As Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Alamo Group, Ms. Kamps is responsible for the Company’s financial strategy, planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, capital allocation, and investor-facing financial discipline, while supporting enterprise initiatives that strengthen performance and create long-term shareholder value.
Ms. Kamps holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Robert Morris University and a Master of Business Administration from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg in Germany.
