Andrew Sefzik serves as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Alamo Group, with responsibility for the Company’s global legal affairs, corporate governance, compliance, and enterprise risk matters.
Since joining Alamo Group in 2018, Mr. Sefzik has held progressively senior leadership roles within the Legal Department, including Senior Corporate Counsel and Associate General Counsel, before being appointed Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Throughout his tenure, he has supported the Company’s strategic initiatives, acquisitions, governance practices, and risk management activities while advising executive leadership and the Board of Directors on a broad range of legal and business matters.
Mr. Sefzik brings extensive experience in corporate law, commercial matters, regulatory compliance, governance, and strategic transactions. His legal and business perspective supports Alamo Group’s continued growth while helping ensure strong governance, disciplined risk management, and sound decision-making across the enterprise.
Prior to joining Alamo Group, Mr. Sefzik was in private practice, where he advised clients on corporate, commercial, and business matters.
Mr. Sefzik earned his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
