Greg Lucas joined Alamo Group in 2026 as Chief Accounting Officer, bringing more than 25 years of finance and accounting leadership experience across global manufacturing organizations.
Prior to joining Alamo Group, Mr. Lucas held senior financial leadership positions spanning controllership, corporate accounting, financial reporting, and executive finance leadership, most recently serving as Chief Accounting Officer of Thermon Group Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded global manufacturer.
Mr. Lucas brings extensive experience in public-company accounting, SEC reporting, internal controls, financial governance, global shared services, and enterprise financial systems. Throughout his career, he has led complex accounting organizations and supported the development of scalable financial processes and controls across global operations.
As Chief Accounting Officer of Alamo Group, Mr. Lucas is responsible for the Company’s accounting policies and practices, financial reporting infrastructure, and the continued advancement of strong financial controls and governance across the enterprise.
Mr. Lucas is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, with a minor in Economics, from East Texas Baptist University.
